An end-to-end product build that grew into its own company.

The brief

A multidisciplinary group — health professionals, experienced teachers and SEND specialists — wanted to turn years of behavioural-formulation research into a working tool that schools and clinical services could pick up and use day to day.

What we built

A web-based platform that turned observed behaviours into structured "portraits" of need, then matched them to evidence-based support strategies staff could share, track and revisit. Cloud-native architecture, kept lean and cheap to run.

The result

The product launched and a company formed around it to take it to market. It now operates as an independent business, with its own team continuing to develop the product.

A greenfield SaaS platform, taken from concept to production — and still growing.

The brief

Two founders had a clear vision for a personalised, human-to-human tech-support service for older adults. They needed senior engineering to help take it from concept to production and grow with the business.

What we built

A backend that ties together the third-party services behind the product — billing, telephony, video sessions, customer support — into a single, reliable platform. An AI-powered pipeline that turns recorded sessions into written, step-by-step recaps automatically, saving the tech-helper team from typing them up. And the data and deployment infrastructure that lets a small engineering team ship reliably as the product grows.

Where it is now

Live in production and still growing. We continue as lead engineering on the build, working alongside the in-house technical team and helping bring new engineers in as the platform scales.

A secure Microsoft 365 document-ingestion pipeline for an AI tendering platform.

The brief

Blue Edge AI's tendering platform helps construction, engineering and infrastructure firms respond to major tenders faster, by drawing on each customer's own materials. To do that at enterprise scale, those materials needed to flow straight out of the Microsoft 365 environments customers already work in and into the platform's existing knowledge base — securely, on a schedule, and without anyone copying files by hand.

What we built

A scheduled ingestion module that pulls customer documents out of their Microsoft 365 environments — including across organisational boundaries — handling authentication, permissions and compliance on the way through, and feeding the platform's existing ingestion pipeline so the documents become searchable knowledge for the AI.

The result

Delivered and handed over. The platform now brings customer documents into its AI tooling automatically and on schedule — without compromising the privacy and compliance standards enterprise customers expect.
